Current Processing Time

Current processing time is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for tangible (shipped) items. We do not process orders on weekends. This is the amount of time it takes to process your order before shipping it out, and does not include USPS transit time. For services rendered (readings and profiles), please allow a processing time of 7-10 business days as these services are completed to order and are personalized. And as such readings and profiles take time and effort. All books are shipped via USPS Media Mail which typically takes anywhere from 2 to 8 business days for delivery in the United States.

Processing time for Custom Grimoires is 3-4 weeks total. This is because it takes 2 weeks to receive the custom fabric from the vendor. Then another 1-2 weeks for me to actually craft your custom grimoire from scratch. When the grimoire is complete, I will email you and ship it via USPS priority. Upon shipping, it will take approx. 3 days to come to you in the U.S.

For Online Digital and Downloadable Orders: we do not issue refunds. You will have access to UNLIMITED downloads of any grimoire page set you’ve purchased; however, you MUST sign up for an account in order to log back in and download again. If you have a problem with the download, please email us directly at theotherworldlyoracle@gmail.com and give us 48-72 hours to respond.

IMPORTANT: Please double check and make sure your shipping address is correct. Once the package ships, we are unable to intercept it or do anything about incorrect address entered. Please refer to our shop policy for more information.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We DO NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product. If your item was damaged during the shipping process, please email me at theotherworldlyoracle@gmail.com within the first 48 hours after receipt with a photo of the damaged item.
