You’ve come to the point in your life where you can buy your own home. Or maybe you need a new home. Either way, you’re not sure where to start and need some help magically. Here we provide two new house spells: one to acquire your dream house and the other to locate the perfect property for your new house.

House Magick: Your Home’s Spirit and You

Our home is where we eat, kick up our feet, sleep, rest, heal, and connect. It’s where we spend a large majority of our lives. New House Spell #1: Property Locator Spell

Are you ready for a new home but don’t know where you should buy or build? Try this easy property locator spell and find the perfect spot.

What You’ll Need:

• a map of the general area you wish to move
• a pendulum (you can also use a necklace with a charm/pendant or crystal)
• rosemary oil (optional but helpful)
• candlelight

How to Cast the Property Locator New House Spell:

1. Gather your supplies and cleanse your map, pendulum, and the area where you’ll be casting the spell
2. Light a few candles and get into a relaxed state of mind
3. Dab a bit of the rosemary oil on your pendulum and rub it in a clockwise fashion while asking the pendulum to reveal the best location for your new home
4. Spread out the map on a table/flat surface
5. Hold the pendulum over the middle of the map, allowing the pendulum to hang loose over it
6. Close your eyes and say, “Pendulum, work your magic for me. Reveal the best location for my new home. So mote it be.”s
7. Open your eyes and hold your hand very still. Your pendulum should begin to swing, twirl or pull in a certain direction.
8. Slowly move your hand in the direction the pendulum is pulling.
9. Ask the pendulum to stop over the requested location.
10. Mark the area, thank the pendulum and map, and end the spell.

I HIGHLY recommend that after locating a spot via the spell that you do your actual research before looking for a home there. Make sure the area is SAFE and doesn’t have a tragic history attached to it. Do your research on the land itself and make sure this is the best place for you to settle yourself and your family. The point here is – don’t go into house searching blindly.

New House Spell #2: Dream Home Charm

Are you dreaming of a new home? The PERFECT home for you (and your family)? But maybe you’re not sure how you’ll come up with the funds or where you’ll find the house? Try our simple, effective dreamy new house spell.

What You’ll Need:

• A small house ornament or miniature dollhouse (Amazon product linked above)
• Candle/fireplace (if you’re using a candle, you’ll also need a firesafe container, a bucket of water or extinguisher to be safe)
• Piece of paper and pencil
• Sunflower or jojoba oil (vegetable or olive work if that’s all you have!)
• One of these herbs for happiness: lavender, catnip, marjoram or saint john’s wort
• A pinch of one of these herbs for prosperity: basil, nugmet, or oak
• A pinch of one of these herbs for protection: rosemary, mint, nettle, or safe

How to Cast the New Home Spell:

1. Gather your supplies. Dim the lights and set the mood in your sacred space.
2. Cleanse yourself, supplies and space.
3. Take your piece of paper and write and/or draw your DREAM house. Be specific. See the dream house in your mind as you put it to paper.
4. Fold the piece of paper towards you once and sprinkle a pinch of your 3 herbs into the fold of the paper. Fold it again towards you, until the paper is as small as you can get it and the herbs are tucked inside.
5. Next, (carefully!) burn your paper to release your dream house wish into the universe while also visualizing being in your dream house and being, happy, prosperous and protected.
6. Once your paper is burned to ash, add the ash to a tablespoon of oil. Mix it well.
7. Rub the ash-oil all over the miniature dollhouse/dreamhouse in a clockwise fashion and say, “joyful, protected and prosperous, dream house be brought to us.”
8. Save the leftover oil with ash in an air-tight bottle/jar.
9. Hang your dream house charm somewhere in your current home where you can see it everyday and visualize your dream house until it manifests. Anoint your new dream spell house with the ash-oil every week on a Friday.
10. Then, when you move into your new house, hang your miniature dream house charm from the front porch or rafters before any other decoration.
