Fabric is a woven cotton with a fun, Spring pattern of flowers and bees. Herbs include lavender, lemon balm, chamomile, and mugwort (among a few others). All herbs are organic AND/OR homegrown by me.

The lemon balm, lavender, and chamomile induce relaxation and sleep while the mugwort and another secret herb bring on astral travel and lucid dreams.

This is a great alternative to inducing prophetic and lucid dreams for witches who are pregnant and nursing, since mugwort is toxic if consumed. This way, the mugwort is near you while you sleep and can work its magic without the danger!
