Cleansing bath rituals are a big thing in the magical community these days. But what happens if you don’t have a bathtub or can’t take a bath for other reasons? How do you make your shower time just as magical and cleansing as a bath? Here we provide you with 3 SIMPLE cleansing shower rituals you can do on a daily basis!
Water is the universal purifier. It’s known and used worldwide as a cleansing force physically AND spiritually. No matter the form. One of my favorite things to do is visualize while I’m in the shower. With two young children, sometimes it’s the ONLY time I get a few minutes of peace to myself! Sometimes! You won’t need anything for this except yourself and your shower.
This is my way of taking an herbal infused bath WITHOUT THE BATH and with the shower instead! Feel free to change the ingredients you use to make it your own unique shower ritual and experiment with different ones!
So you know how they have those fancy bath bombs? And like they’re all sparkly and sh*t and you’ve always wanted to use one but you don’t have a bathtub? Well, now you can! Because they make something called shower bombs, too! You’re welcome. Now for our energizing shower ritual with shower bomb:
Experiment with different herbs and salts in your shower sachets. Other herbs I like to use for shower rituals include rose petals, rosemary, basil, and chamomile. Salts like epsom salts and sea salt can also be used. Go easy on the sea salt as it strips away ALL energy, good and bad! If you take shower in the evening, make it relaxing by lighting candles and incense and turning on soothing tunes. Make your shower rituals your own.

a simple way to get an intention into your soap without making soap from scratch:
melt a soap that you have already
put an ingredient(s) that match with the intention into it.
pour it into a mold
freeze and wait for it to become solid again

I usually put a little lavender, rosemary, and sea salt in my showers, mostly because they all have cleansing properties to make it even better. Tip: imagine white light surrounding you during it!
